A financial advisor training for an Ironman. A mission born on a training run. Two words that changed everything.

Every day, 100 men don't make it. Fathers, brothers, friends — gone. Not because they were weak. Because they were silent.

Still Here was born on a training run. Miles from home, lungs burning, somewhere between mile 18 and mile 19, it hit me: this is what survival feels like. This is what fighting looks like. Just one more step.

I'm training for an Ironman — 140.6 miles — not just to finish a race. But to prove something. To carry the names of men who couldn't hold on. To wear the weight of that mission on every single run.
